All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak periods, sales, or promotional events.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over €100 (or another threshold if you prefer), applicable to selected destinations. Any applicable free-shipping offer will be clearly shown at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Delivery Issues

Santoré is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@santore.es, including your order number and photos if applicable.
